Caffeine-free energy

½ tbsp Moringa Powder

1 cup of hot milk (or dairy free alternative)

Honey to taste

Prepare some warm oat milk in a pot. Add ½ tbsp of Raw Organic Moringa Oleifera to a little bit of water to make a paste. Warm gently for approximately 5 minutes - the latte should be hot but not boil. You may add honey to taste. Pour into your favourite cup and enjoy a delicious green-energy pick-me-up.

Bio-active egg pasta

2 cups of plain flour 

1 tbsp Moringa Powder

5 eggs

Sea salt

Olive oil

In a bowl add the flour and 1 tspn of Moringa powder and create a well in the middle. Crack 2 eggs and add them whole. Crack the other 3 eggs but add the yolk only. Mix, and then kneed for 10 minutes. Add the tiniest bit of  water if you need help kneading. Cover and allow to rest for an hour. Roll out the pasta as thin as you can. Alternate between rolling and stretching by hand. Make small shapes. Cook in salty water with a little olive oil. Enjoy with a fresh tomato sauce for a summer treat.

Green Oats

4 cups of rolled oats

1 tbsp Moringa Powder

5 cups of almond milk

3 tspn agave syrup

Vanilla extract

⅓ cup of pistachios

¼ cup of coconut flakes

In a medium saucepan, add the rolled oats, milk, vanilla extract and maple syrup. Cook the mixture over low to medium heat, stirring occasionally, until some of the milk has been absorbed and the oats have softened, about 5-7 minutes.Turn the heat off and add 1 tspn of Moringa powder and the remaining ingredients. Stir and serve. Enjoy a bio-active vitamin fuelled breakfast.

Moringa pesto

1 cup of fresh cilantro, chopped

1 tbsp moringa powder

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Juice of ½ lemon

⅓  cup pine nuts, toasted

Pinch Himalayan pink sea salt

Cayenne pepper, to taste

In blender, pulse together all ingredients until fully combined.

Use as pasta sauce, marinade, dressing or dip.
